Our aim is to inform, educate and inspire the general public, creating awareness of E-Si services and the raft of world-changing technologies there are available.
We are also there to monitor and maintain good customer care.
Sales Process - a big Plus for the potential customer:
From initial contact, we send our Technical Sales Advisor to your home for a consultation.
Ask you what you want to achieve: i.e. boiler might have had it and you want an eco heating system.
We measure up your home to work out its heat loss and running costs.
We go away and design-up some ideas.
We come back with sketch plans and budget prices.
After initial presentation we go away again and hone up the solution.
We present you with final solution and quotation based on your ideas and our recommendations from our long experience of implementing advanced green tech.
Once we've converted your solution into a sale we handover the project to our Project Management and Technical Service teams. They initiate a program of works that include any training or technical services required and carry out works from commencement to commissioning and post-sales service and maintenance. Meanwhile the sales team monitors customer care and works to make sure what we sold gets installed in the most attractive fashion with the highest degree of customer care!
